Labuansait, Desa/Kelurahan Pecatu, Kec. Kuta Selatan, Kab. Badung, Provinsi Bali, Kode Pos 80361. We operate a beauty centre at the same address. References to "you" mean the visitor or customer.

5. Bookings, cancellations, and payments
Appointment bookings are made through our booking partner, Fresha. Once you click any booking link, you are subject to Fresha's Terms of Service for the booking transaction itself. Rose Petal's salon-level booking, deposit, late-arrival, and cancellation policies are presented at the time of booking and confirmed in your booking confirmation email.
Prices shown on the website and on Fresha are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Where applicable, taxes and service charges are included in the price displayed. Payment for services is due in full at the salon at the end of your appointment, or as otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.
6. The salon visit
To ensure a safe, comfortable experience for all guests, we ask that you:
- Disclose any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, recent treatments, or pregnancy at the start of your appointment. Some treatments are not suitable in certain conditions and your therapist may recommend an alternative.
- Agree to a patch test (typically 48 hours before the appointment) for chemical hair services and certain skin treatments where we deem it necessary.
- Arrive on time. We hold appointments for a short grace period; significant lateness may result in a shortened service or a need to reschedule.
- Treat our team and other guests with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any guest who behaves abusively, dishonestly, or in a way that risks the safety of staff or other guests.
You are responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while at the salon. Rose Petal is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
7. Service results & non-medical nature of treatments
Beauty and body treatments are cosmetic, non-medical services. Our staff are trained beauty professionals, not medical practitioners. Information on the website and at the salon is provided for general guidance only and is not medical advice. You should consult a qualified medical professional before any treatment if you have a medical condition or are unsure whether a treatment is appropriate for you.
Individual results from any beauty treatment vary depending on hair type, skin type, body composition, lifestyle, age, the products used, aftercare, and other personal factors. Photographs and testimonials on this website show typical or representative results from one individual and do not guarantee that you will experience the same results.
8. Photography & user content
From time to time we may take photographs or video of the salon environment for marketing purposes. We will not photograph or film you without your knowledge, and we will not use any image in which you are recognisable for marketing purposes without your prior consent.
If you submit content to us — for example, a review, testimonial, photograph, or social-media tag — you grant Rose Petal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, display, and use that content in connection with our marketing, subject to applicable law. You confirm that you own or have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

The website contains links to third-party services we use, including Fresha, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Cloudflare, and various social-media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those services. The presence of a link is not an endorsement.
